Important Notice For Exhibitors
We will be delivering to Olympia in person on Saturday 13 February from 9am to 6pm. We will be collecting on Tuesday 16 February at the Pillar Room and we are usually there by 3pm at the latest. On arrival, please telephone Roz on 07757513584 and instructions for collecting and returning the mannequins will be given. The deadline for ordering mannequins is Tuesday 9 February at 12 noon. We are always located in the Pillar Room - near to the organisers office. If you get lost, the organisers will happily direct you.
We will have extra mannequins on the day for hire only but please note that these are usually of a higher value and limited choice. Please book early to tie our mannequins in with your collections. Prices include delivery and collection to the Pillar Room and there is no VAT if you are outside the EU. For EU clients, please note our VAT rate is now 17.5% If you wish us to deliver to and assemble at your stand, we charge £75 per delivery for this service. A dressing and styling service is also available, please let us know if advance as we cannot promise this service on the set up day unless booked in advance. Payment is required in advance of the show and can be made by BACS or using a card payment over the phone.
