Important Notice For Exhibitors
We will be delivering to the Pillar Hall in person on Saturday 31 July from 9am to 9pm. We will be collecting on Tuesday 3 August at the Pillar Hall and we are always there on the dot at 4pm. Due to health and saftey reasons, mannequins cannnot be moved prior to the shows closure. Instructions for collecting and returning the mannequins will be communicated to you prior to our deadline. The deadline for ordering mannequins is 16 July. We are always located in the Pillar Hall - near to the organisers office. If you get lost, the organisers will happily direct you. We will have extra mannequins on the day for hire only but please note that these are of a higher value and limited choice. Please book early to tie our mannequins in with your collections. Prices include delivery and collection to Olympia and there is no VAT if you are outside the EU. For EU clients, please note our VAT rate is now 17.5% If you wish us to deliver to and assemble at your stand, we charge £75 per delivery for this service. A dressing and styling service is also available, please let us know in advance as we cannot promise this service on the set up day unless booked by our PURE deadline on 16 July. Payment is required in advance of the show and can be made by BACS or using a card payment over the phone. |
