Notes for Exhibitors

We will be delivering to the Business Design Centre in person on Saturday 28 January from 12noon to 6pm. We will be collecting on Monday 30 January opposite the organisers office and we are always there on the dot at the close of the show. Due to health and saftey reasons, mannequins cannnot be moved prior to the shows closure. Instructions for collecting and returning the mannequins will be communicated to you prior to our deadline. The deadline for ordering mannequins is Monday 23 January at 12 noon. We are always located near to the organisers office. If you get lost, call us on the day on 07757513584.

We will have extra mannequins on the day for hire as well as complimentary lollipops. Please book early to tie our mannequins in with your collections. Prices include delivery and collection to BUBBLE. UK VAT charges have changed from 1 January 2011 and this means that we have to charge VAT as you are hiring the mannequins in London. VAT is now 20%. Please note that we do not deliver or collect to or from stands at this event - you must meet us on our desk under the stairs to collect and return the items you have hired. Payment is required in advance of the show and can be made by BACS or using a card payment over the phone. We also accept Pay Pal.

 

Steamer Hire

We operate a day long service with our clothes steamer. The cost will be announced on the day. We do a first come first serve operation with the steamer and we do normally keep lollipops in stock for anyone waiting to use it. We have our clothes rail that can be used whilst you are steaming.
